Lia Kent Mackillop Floating into the Night
Floating into the Night, Lia Kent Mackillop’s installation for Art in the Dark, will use light and time to create and exhibit her photographic images. Lia will use long exposure times when imaging her chosen landscapes, creating strange
compositions that the human eye cannot otherwise perceive. These magical images will be lifted out of the imaginary when they are mechanically captured by the camera and exhibited, glowing within the darkness of Western Park.
