Architects Hamish Stirrat, Callum Dowie and Jun Tsujimoto created the stunning Moo Chandelier installation for Art in the Dark in 2010. They're returning this year with a larger team and are approaching Art in the Dark in a typically ambitious and creative manner. The Stratagem Bilateral Carousel places a dazzling 360 degree lighting display in an installation inspired by the traditional form of a carousel. Unlike a traditional carousel, in which the rider sits on the perimeter, this work places the viewer in the middle of the piece, providing an intriguing and dynamic immersive experience.
